I’ve ordered on Dhgate, it’s been two months, don’t have tracking info anymore

LX047686547CN This is my tracking number but there’s no new update since 25th of march, it’s 18 may now. My parcel should’ve been here by 24 April. What can I do?

320222240638035152 is not a right tracking number. You need to contact the seller to ask for the right one or require the seller check it for you.
