I’ve ordered on Dhgate, it’s been two months, don’t have tracking info anymore

LX047686547CN This is my tracking number but there’s no new update since 25th of march, it’s 18 may now. My parcel should’ve been here by 24 April. What can I do?

It has left China and is in transit to Netherlands now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives. Please wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it in this month, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

It's still stuck at Beijing International Mail Exchange Station now. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If it's stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

Don't worry! Some stuff will take longer depending on what you purchased. Especially with COVID and everything backed up from it, it will take longer than usual. If the item doesn't arrive within the estimated shipping date, I would contact the seller. Also, I have ordered from DH Gate multiple times and it has taken 1-10 weeks to arrive since it comes from China.
