Its said my package has been deviled however it hasn't .

Because recently a friend inquired in Guangzhou and they told him that China Post is not sending any EMS/Large Parcels to Mauritius. Hello. I ordered a large exercise machine on ali express to the UK. It weights 30kg. I have been given a tracking number LV263954485CN which I think us for a small packet? Large items should begin with CP? Please can you advise?
