It's been over 1 month, because the tracking number isn't working

Order for tracking number LO676418986CN, this does not run from December 26, 2019 until now, please help.

Hi prayongki,

There is no tracking information for it. Possible reasons:
1. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for this kind of package.
2. Only the seller could track it in seller's platform.

You'd better contact the seller to ask.
