It's been more than 2 weeks and my parcels are still with Carrier. Why?

My tracking number is LP111055135CN and it still states that the items are "Handed over to Carrier." in Shanghai. Can you please help me understand why it is still there for 10 plus days? Thank you.

Hi JT,

It was handed over to the carrier transport on August 27 and takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in Singapore after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
