It’s been two weeks and my package still has not left the facility and has passed the expected date that I was given for my package to be here. Can I get help tracking my package and knowing when it will be shipped in on its way? My tracking number is EV971767055CN

My package currently says that it left a New Jersey facility on February 28th. I haven't gotten any update since then. Doesn't even say it's delayed or missing.

I understand Covid stuff can make stuff slower, but why would this kind of thing happen where it leaves and then is just not moving? The journey from there to this facility has been smooth, and it should be at most 2 days from my house, but it's been over 2 weeks.

Ordered a package on June 18 and it’s been stuck in wuhan China. CHINA, WUHAN, Processed Through Facility -> Your item has been processed through a facility in WUHAN, CHINA on June 26, 2020 at 9:42 am. This is all I’ve gotten since then it’s now July 14. Has it left China or is it still there?
