I have a parcel coming from China to the USA. I have a tracking number. The last update was April 3, but it's April 22 now. Where is my package? Why no update or delay in shipping. The Tracking # is EV965962104CN Thank you

Hi D. Patterson,

It's sent by EMS. EMS is slow at present. It usually takes about 20-60 days to reach the US after it was handed over to the carrier transport. There will be update when it arrives. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
