Hi, my two parcels posted from UK to China: RN632869474GB, RN632869488GB have been stuck in LANGLEY HWDC for one month. The system shows they have arrived in Langley on 12 September 2021. Currently still in transit and haven't arrived in China. Can you check what's the problem?
