Items not received

My item since early Jan 2020 has been in transit till today 27/2/2020. Anyone can help? The tracking number I’ve got from the seller is SYRM101138654. I would appreciate a reply. Thank you.

It's sent by Shunyou Express by the seller. Here it the tracking information available:
2020-02-26 13:37:00 Pre Alert to Singapore

You'd better contact the seller to ask when did they ship it. They may just sent it.
