Hello to whom it may concern,

I have sent some medication to my father from Singapore and have been issued with tracking number : Px008450155Sg

For the past 4 days, the status has been “held by custom”. Hence I was wondering if there has been any issues?

Please assist as he needs it urgently.

In-Transit Guangzhou, Item Held by Customs for 20 days now (2 replies)

I have been waiting for my 5 items that have been held by custom in a facility in Guangzhou, China since March 1st, 2025.  It was the China Postal Express & Logistics company used and I found them on the Chinese Post Office online with this email to contact them and explain my situation.  It is now 17 days later and there has been no update. Can you please help me out with my items so they that they can be moved forward and not be in custom?   The tracking provided is EU818238092CN for the China Postal Express & Logistics for all 5 items to be shipped to the United States, in Carson, California, which would then go to USPS to be delivered to my home.
