items delivered but we didn't get them

the tracking says it was delivered but we didn't get any of them, we have asked around no one has them. i have also contacted my USPS and they can not track the items because i don't have the correct tracking number for my post office. we have waited for over a month for our items. where are they???

Hi Danea,

If you don't get them, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy them to get refund in time.
