Item was not delivered

The product with the tracking number HBGJ0023009059YQ was not received, even though i paid for shipping insurance. I kindly request you show me the address that sender wrote in the label.
I read several comments about online scams using your website, and I need to be sure it is not your responsibility before I proceed to report them to the authorities.

I have tried to contact the seller but no reposing. I have not been tracking the item and it says it on pick up on website and on the other said it has been delivered. Can you please reply and tell when will be delivered or where the item is. Because if it has been delivered the no note was left. Please can you tell which delivery carrier will be posting the item.

You say item was delivered whilst I was home but this never happened. The Post Office has no record of such an item. Please send proof of delivery as Seller does not believe me.
