In November I ordered an item from China and until now have not received.
The track numbers showed me it was sent from you.
There is my item number: ID15242052998595CN and renewed code was stamped again: 31847614003
By check tracker system information, below is a description of my item travelling.
Could you please check it out and let kindly inform me where is my item now.

This kind of package usually takes two or three months to reach. If you couldn't get it before March 10, it may be lost. You'd better open an dispute to get the refund if you couldn't get it.
