The tracking number AS834749807CN does not exist in the postal system here and I talked to the post master who stated it does not exist at all in the military postal system anywhere. I want my payment returned.

Hi mark copelli,

According to the tracking information, AS834749807CN was delivered on Jan. 14. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I bought an item from Brilliant planet through amazon on the 26/11/2016. Item tracking number is OWEAA0015671829YQ, the carrier is CHINA POST. I have followed this order upto now (11/01/2017) and it has not been delivered.
