Hi Shannon,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I have contacted the reseller and they are trying to find out. Can you tell me who was the company that delivered the item in Australia and what address did they delivery it to. If I know this I can go to that address and see if they received it. Surely you guys have that information with you?

Hi, my trucking number LW252386979CN. According to the tracking system, my package was returned to the sender on August 25, 2022 at 8:23 am in LUBBOCK, TX 79408 because of an incomplete address. I do not understand why it was tried to be delivered in Texas if the delivery address in Walnut Creek, California? And why it is returned to the sender, but not sent to the correct address.
