Why is my item still sitting at customs reservation waiting centre? It has now been a full month since I posted this item and still it has not reached its destination! Why is this being held and not delivered? I will be claiming a full refund UK tracking number Royal Mail - RY273895243GB

Hi Emmascott123,

It should be waiting for the seller to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the seller to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him call China customs service number 12360 to check.
