Hello! Your parcel is not stuck, it takes about two weeks to leave China and another 30 to 60 days to reach the UK, things are being sent to Europe on cargo trains with 100 containers operated by China Post, last station is Vilnius, Lithuania, then forwarded to the UK.

My parcel has been stuck at customs in Guangzhou for over two weeks. I was left a voice mail in Chinese, which I cannot speak. An online tracker states my item is stuck in customs awaiting tax payment. Is this something I am expected to pay? Is there an English language contact for me to resolve this with?
