Item stuck in transit for 44+ days now

Hello, I've had a package stuck in transit now for the past 44 days. It was supposed to deliver by January 2nd, but it has ceased all movement since December 30th with no explanation. It arrived at the facility in the destination city than has remained in stuck in "mail shipping" ever since.

Hello! My package has been stuck in transit for 50 days now? It says it has departed China as of February 29th, and it is now April 17th and still no updates, the seller just keeps telling me to wait, but there are no updates on it so I have no idea where it is or when it will be here it was suppose to be here by March 7th originally.
