Hi, I am messaging to check on the status of my parcel, of which the tracking code is LV334422292CN. I've checked your website tracking and it is stated as having been stuck in transit for more than 30 days. The seller of my parcel had advertised delivery within 2 weeks. I'd just like to check if the parcel has been lost so I can begin the claim process.
