my item stuck in custom for 2 weeks already, i don't know what happened. ChinaPost said, it has been released then my local said, it was delayed. I don't know what's going on.

It's at the Kota Kinabalu Mail Processing Centre now. You'd better contact Pos Malaysia to ask if you need to pick it up.
