Item stuck in China says handed over to airline almost 2 months ago.

I ordered an item from a seller in China. This was despatched on the 03May20 and was supposed to arrive in the UK last month. The tracking number is LA319035058CN. It has been stuck since the 17May20. Can you please locate my missing package?

It's en route to UK now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. There will be further update when it arrives in UK. Please wait for more days to see. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

Hi Eileen,

It's not a scam. It was delivered by airline on May 20. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Ireland after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

Hello, I ordered a package 2 months ago. After some initial updates of the package travelling within China it reached the Guangzhou International mail processing center. Accordong to tracking, it was then dispatched to airline, then carrier transport and then airline once again.
Last update is that "the plane has entered port" that was back on 15th of April and there have been no updates since.
Can you please help with information where is the package? Where did the plane land? Did it even leave China? Since it has been almost 2 months since the purchase, when can I hope to receive it? Please help.
