Hi can anyone help my package has been stuck at 'Arrival at Sorting Center' for nearly 30 days. I have contacted seller and he says that 'it should be at the process center of UK'. Is this accurate? Thank you

It hasn't reached UK. It was delivered by airline on June 19 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in UK after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
