I sent a shipment (return item) from France at the end of October and it’s been in customs since 6/11/2020 when will it be delivered to the recipient because I’m waiting for a refund tracking CC963158923FR thank you

Hi Aem1990,

It's stuck at the customs of France now. You'd better contact La Poste to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

I returned an eBay item to the seller through USPS international shipping in August 10, and now it's already September 9. The tracking number is CH074991648US.

What really happened in customs in GUANGZHOU? I should get a refund through this return and it makes me annoyed and stressful. What do I do now?
