Tracking AS158980777CN, tracking states it was delivered 9 days ago. I never received the item. How can I find out who was supposed to deliver it and where was it delivered to?

USPS should deliver it when it arrives in the US. You'd better contact the them to check it for you. If they couldn't find it. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.
I sent this info to ebay and they told me that the item has only reached the U.S. They told me that when it states delivered on China post, it means delivered to the U.S. They said China post will issue a new tracking number where the post office will deliver this to me. Can you help me with this new tracking number? The item has not moved for 9 days.
