Item shows delivered in tracking but never received it

My parcel tracking # HLTD000047766YQ shows delivered on your tracking website on Dec. 09, but I have not received the parcel. Please investigate!

Tracking # AQ101854555CN. Last tracking report dated 4/16/2023 13:19 shows "Delivered". I did not receive the item yesterday nor did I receive it today. My understanding is that United States Post Office (USPS) delivers for China Post. USPS does not deliver on Sunday except for packages contracted with Amazon. This item was not purchased from Amazon so it could not be delivered by USPS on Sunday 4/16/2023. Please advise the whereabouts of this item and who will be delivering it and when. Thank you.
