Hi, I've ordered a small package (a jumpsuit) on Aliexpress and it was detained at customs then shipped back to the seller. I'd like to know for what reason? And how can I track it now in real time? I want it to be shipped to be before it arrives back in China....please help. Thank you

Hi Kay,

I need the tracking number to check it for you. You can open a dispute on AliExpress to get refund or contact the seller to give you a solution if you couldn't get it before the delivery deadline.

Hello, I ordered an item from China to be shipped from Canada. The tracking number is LZ598018320CN.

It appears as though China Post processes and ships it, Canada Post accepts it then sends it right back and it then gets processed and shipped again and sent back. It has happened nine times now. Clearly there is something wrong with the shipping. I contacted the company and all they do is send me a generic message showing me that it’s been shipped even though it just keeps being returned. I don’t know what else to do. Thank you.
