I posted out a parcel in Singapore on 17 April 2018. Till now the person in china has not received it. Can I know where is the item?

Hi Daisy,

If there is no tracking number, it couldn't be tracked. You'd better go to the place where you sent the parcel to let them help check.

I posted an item back to China to try and receive a refund on an order that was not right.
The item had value hence trying to return it.
Please could you help me understand where my item is, as It appears to have left the UK 3 weeks ago.
