Item says “received by carrier” for two weeks

Item LZ812744643CN has been taking ages and other stuff I ordered with the same packet shipping method have already arrived yet no update as to whether this has even left China yet. Please someone tell me what the status means and when I could expect it?

Hi Ryanbyrnex,

It was received by airline on April 22 and usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Ireland after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

I purchased the item on the 12/06/21. It has been 24 days and I have no idea when it’s going to come. I purchased a item on the 14/06/21 and I have received that item with 2 weeks but for LZ917350005CN I am yet to receive after taking more than 3 weeks. Could someone give me info on when it is coming or if my parcel is lost?
