tracking number says item was delivered - not true as I am home every day. How do i find out who has item and if there is a depot in Calgary to pick up . Needed urgently as this is a xmas present.

Tracking number AM572398705CN. It shows that has been delivered but I didn’t receive anything. Probably it has been delivered to a local carrier which I don’t know and after trying to find out who has it didn’t get any results. Please help by sending who has it and if possible new tracking number.

I've never used this company before and when I bought my items I was told they would take three days, being shipped from the US... None of this is true. Now my package tracking says delivered to carrier for transportation (Hong Kong). What does that even mean? Is it in America yet?
