Can you help me with this item? It is listed as arriving at the Hangzhou regional sorting center since 2020-08-20, but has not moved since. I understand the virus is causing delays, but this is a really long time now!

Can you help it reach it's destination?

It's still stuck in Hangzhou now. There may be problem for the address that makes it couldn't be delivered. You need to let the receiver in China call China Post service number 11185 to check it as soon as possible.
