hello I bought a Gpd win 3 in March but I never received it, I'm from Brazil, the product was sent and returned for having an incorrect address, I've been waiting for receipt since March and it didn't occur, tracking LT816263531NL, I was informed today that I will not receive another shipping and that I lost money, this is very unfair, please help me.

Hi Davi Alkimim,

If you provide the wrong address, it not the sender's problem. You need to let the seller partially refund you.
