Please advice,because in Dubai post office told me to contact China post to resend it again ,I called all numbers,but they don’t speak English

Hi Selmaalic,

As it's on the way back to the sender. You need to contact the seller of AilExpress to delivery it again to you after he receives it.

I bought it from purple roo not AliExpress
Plus i’m Trying to contact purple roo since I bought this item but they never reply me

Try to call China Post service number +86 10 11183 (then 8 for English service).
