Hi there. Parcel tracking number AT277231638CN has not arrived. Following is the tracking information I receive from China Post. My wife has not received the parcel. I note that “Delivery at home” was by China Post, but China Post does not deliver in New Zealand. It should be a local company. Please help us understand what is happening here.

I am concerned this is a scam. But how can a non-existent package be tracked?

It was out for delivery on Feb.21 and hasn't be delivered. It may be lost. You need to require the seller to open a case to China Post and refund you in time.
