"Item Recieved into customs for clearance" 3 weeks ago

Hi, I have 2 parcels shipped from MEL australia, to Guangzhou through AUSPOST.
They have both been stuck with "item recieved into customs for clearance" since Oct 29.
Is there any further information I can find out here? A phone number I could call?

We don't find any tracking information for them. You'd better contact Australia Post to check them for you.

What really happened in customs in GUANGZHOU? I should get a refund through this return and it makes me annoyed and stressful. What do I do now? There's absolutely no way to contact customs in Guangzhou, and it would be appreciated if you let me know an email address I can reach and let me know how long I should wait more.
