I'm having same problem.. I was worried something iffy would happen selling to china. Item has now been pending customs since September and buyer now asking wheres her item My item sent was from UK tracking number RN420583085GB

I mailed out a package on August 15 2021 and when I track it it says its still at customs since September 4 I have a pending refund for this order and I can't get it until my package is at the seller could someone please contact me

My package arrived with Guangzhou customs on the 18/10/2021 and it hasn't moved from there since, it is now the 28/10. Can someone confirm how long it will remain in customs please before arriving at its destination. Package was sent on the 30th September. The below message was given on the tracking information:
"Guangzhou City, import customs retention pending inspection"
