Sir, I purchased the item Beelink GT1 TV Box Amlogic S912 Octa Core Android 6.0 2.4G/5.8G Dual WiFi 2G/16 from Ebay and has been posted through CHINA POST on 13th of December 2016, but have not got the item yet.

More than one month has already gone by and I am still waiting for the product. A Tracking number 89040523592 was provided for the item. When I checked it says the item is still in transit in Guanzhou since the 15th December 2016. Can you Please check for the item and tell me when it will reach its destination. The shipping address which I gave was:

Tracking number 89040523592 belongs to a packet sent by using China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus. China Post doesn't provide tracking information for it especially when it leaves China because the seller doesn't pay for the registration fee. So, no one could know where it is now. Also, it's easy to be lost and once it's lost the sender will get no compensation.

For this kind of packet, it usually takes at least two months to reach. If you couldn't get it within three months, it may be lost.
