Item was purchased 11/03/2020 and has not yet been delivered. Have emailed the sellers on 3 occasions, tracking says not in AU post system. Please advise thanks

Hi Bec,

It shows shipment cancelled in tracking. It should have returned back to the seller. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution in time.

Hi, I’ve been waiting on a parcel for over 2 months, I checked the tracking on Royal mails website almost everyday just to see where about it is and keep an eye out for the delivery.
My issue is that it was in the UK and had been through Langley and apparently sent to my TownDO, i got 2 Item Recieved notifications but then it states its still in China, any help?
