Item not received

I have an order that the deliver company says it was received, but the address is correct and I did not received it and I was all day at home.
The tracking number is DU9100573915YM.
How can I complain about this undelivery?
How can I get a proof of delivery (because I did not sign any document, because I did not receive anything)?

Hi domingos_matos,

It was delivered by Zhong You Ya Mao logistics. We could only see it was deilvered on September 13. If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to check it for you through contacting Zhong You Ya Mao logistics in time.

Hi, I’ve been waiting on a parcel for over 2 months, I checked the tracking on Royal mails website almost everyday just to see where about it is and keep an eye out for the delivery.
My issue is that it was in the UK and had been through Langley and apparently sent to my TownDO, i got 2 Item Recieved notifications but then it states its still in China, any help?
