My item with tracking number AS851845119CN states it has been “ successfully delivered “ but that is incorrect and I never received it,can you help,

Hi Bruce King,

According to the tracking information, AS851845119CN was delivered on October 24. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Hi, I’ve been waiting on a parcel for over 2 months, I checked the tracking on Royal mails website almost everyday just to see where about it is and keep an eye out for the delivery.
My issue is that it was in the UK and had been through Langley and apparently sent to my TownDO, i got 2 Item Recieved notifications but then it states its still in China, any help?
