Item # AQ525084265CN has not been received by me but the tracking information states it was successfully delivered on 9/25. China Post and USPS are listed as carriers and USPS does not have this tracking # in there system can you help locate this item? Thank you, Terry Gass

Hi, I’ve been waiting on a parcel for over 2 months, I checked the tracking on Royal mails website almost everyday just to see where about it is and keep an eye out for the delivery.
My issue is that it was in the UK and had been through Langley and apparently sent to my TownDO, i got 2 Item Recieved notifications but then it states its still in China, any help?
