Hello,
I posted an item back to China to try and receive a refund on an order that was not right.
The item had value hence trying to return it.
Please could you help me understand where my item is, as It appears to have left the UK 3 weeks ago.

It's in transit and has't been arrived in China now. There will be update when it arrives in Lanley. You'd better wait for more days to see.
