Item not delivered for nearly 3 months

I returned an item to China from the UK with tracking number RY274025795GB on the 12th March 2021. It was released from customs on the 29th March 2021 but it has still not been delivered. I know there are delays but this has now been nearly 3 months. I hope somebody can help. I am wanting a refund for this item that I purchased and if the company I purchased it from do not receive it then I will not receive my refund.

Hi Mandy,

You'd better let the receiver in China call China Post service number 11183 to check it for you as soon as possible.
