According to the tracking information, AQ521012762CN was delivered on August 6. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Hi Daisy, my order was placed on 7/30, there's no way it could have been delivered from china in 6 days, something is very wrong here

I have seen many packages with the tracking number starting with A couldn't be delivered to the right address. It may be a scam and was delivered to some other place. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.

I wish to know where my item is.
It is listed as delivered, but I did not get it. The last known location I can see through tracking is Berlin. I live in Canada. I sent an email a few days ago and that has not been responded to either.
AQ849108132CN is the tracking number I was provided. If this is the incorrect tracking number then I need the correct one to be able to track my missing item.
As of this moment I am very hesitant to order anything from China in the future.
Will anyone respond?
