Item is at warehouse for almost two months

Hello, i have ordered and paid item on 9th December through ebay. It is shipped same day, but the status is still "The Item is at the shippers warehouse". What should i do, is it stuck? I tried contacting the seller but still no answer. Tracking number is LS580644147NL.

Hi NenadTasic,

It's not normal for it. If you couldn't get it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require the courier to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
