I'd like to ask about my package that has been held by export customs since the 22nd. Here is the message from tracking:
RECORD ITEM REASON FOR RETENTION BY CUSTOMS. RETENTION REASON: Invoice missing/inappropriate
Upon contacting my sender, they confirmed that it was an insurance issue and they have fixed it, but the tracking site is still showing "Item held by export Customs/Security
GZSGJHHJ".
May I know the status of my package right now or if there are any lingering issues? I was hoping it would come today or at least December 31 but now with this delay, I don't know when it will arrive.

This is what they said:
"The customs has received the info. but they take time to process, it may not be that quick."
Is this true? Even after clearing the issue, does it still take some days to process or it should have gotten cleared immediately? Please respond so I'll know whether to urge them to contact customs again. Or maybe get a refund from the seller, I hate delays.
The shipper is 4PX and I don't even know how to contact them.

It's stil stuck at the customs. You need to contact the sender to require them check with the customs again.
