Item held by customs and Seller doesn't reply

Hi, my item has been held by customs and the seller hasn't replied yet, is there something I can do to contact customs to free my package?? I'm currently in Mexico and I have no idea how to reach them. It's been there for almost 50 days and I'm tired of waiting.
My tracking number is: LZ586303628CN

Hi Andres_cazaresc,

You couldn't contact the customs from abroad. If you can, open a dispute to get refund in time. Also, try to contact the seller to give you a solution.
