I returned a kayak drysuit to the seller by Canada Post Dec 10 and tracking shows it has been held at customs Cnxmna since Feb 10. The seller, Pro Waterproof Factory Store, says they have not been contacted to receive it.
Please advise how to get this parcel released/delivered.
