Hi,
Could you help to check the status of the following parcel (sent from Singapore to China): RC781245827SG
I am not sure what is the average period for the parcel to be held at the customs.
It shows 广州市，进口海关留存待验 twice since 06 Jun 2020.

How do I contact the facility in Guangzhou? It has been held there in customs since 17 June and they are only shoes!
It says:
Your item is being held in Customs at 1:24 pm on June 27, 2021 in GUANGZHOU, CHINA.

You couldn't contact Guangzhou cutsoms from the US. It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check.

It takes about 7-20 days for it to be released by the customs. You'd better wait for more days to see.
