Item held at office of exchange and fail to receive

Hello,
My name is Frenchy and I have two packages stuck in China. The first one tracking # LY905168824CN has been held at the office of exchange for couple days now and I don't know why. And the second tracking # "4206810292612927005455000245475569" has been at accepted at line of transportation for over a month and has not left China yet.
Please help because the first one is for a baby shower and the second order was for my sister wedding.
Please help.

having the SAME problem. i see this message. "Item Held at Office of Exchange,Wuhan". please let me know if you find a way to figure out whats going on haaha. wish you the best

I am also getting this problem from a package arriving to the UK, it says the Item is held at Office of Exchange.

I'm having this same problem. I bought 4 items and they've all been held for over a week. I messaged the seller & at the top of the screen it says to send $30 on each item. So will i not get them if I don't pay it?
