I Refer to the latest status of my parcel under the tracking number: LA009161668HK
The latest update shows as per the subject mentioned: the item is held at inward office of exchange in China.
May I know what caused the held?
Please advise if any action is required.

It's not held. It will be transited to the next station. Wait for more days to get update.

Hi I’m waiting on a parcel tracking number LM313070799CN and there has been no updates since 27th of November and it still says item held at Outward Office of Exchange, Can someone please tell me what this means as no one seems to know and seller just keeps telling me it’s rush season which I appreciate but I would of expected an update by now, can anyone please help.
